As you all know depression got many negative impacts on your health,relationships ,career and brain but if you are aware with how to fight with it by just changing your point of view ,exercises and faith.

In some of the cases they even don’t know whether there are in depression or not. And after time passes by, they find them in that condition where only antibiotics can work.

But after reading my article you can observe the changes in yourself and fight with it. Here are some steps to overcome it!

1. Be aware of the changes in you.

If you’re feeling sad, lost interest, insomnia, speedy mind, anxiety, lost confidence, uninterested mood , over-reaction to the situation like to much of laughing or overthinking ,stop and control it as early as possible.

2. Change your negative thinking.

Don’t think that it is your poor time on your head and you are suffering but act like its a precious time given by nature to fight for your dreams , build your strengths, overcome your weaknesses. Invent a new you!

practice meditation daily between 4–5 am; Believe in your ideal god and your abilities; Don’t compare yourself with anyone ,just be you; share with your worthy friends; faith.

3. Value your time.

Just keep your mind distracted in work ,hobbies and interests like you can study ,read books ,polish your skills .Design a schedule for the whole day which you can prefer. “live for your dreams” must be your attitude through out this journey. I suggest go with practical mindset in this time. you can also take care of the pet you love. keep mind distracted.

You have the capability to show your stand in the world.

4. Follow these tips daily.

Meditation at 4 am; exercise which helps to boost your energy; eat healthy ; Avoid drugs; sleep early after taking bath ; Try Aromatherapy with essential oils like lavender, geranium oil, roman chamomile oil which improves sleep and clear negative emotions; avoid toxic relationships.

CONCLUSION

You must be a warrior to fight with these challenges by yourself because the struggle is the path to life. you must know you deserve better future than this ahead. keep you inner peace and faith in time.
